Lani Nau is the best lawyer I’ve ever worked with. She really helps you with whatever it is you need, making sure you’re in the right path and really works closely with you. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who are in need. Don’t matter the time difference we’re both in she’s ALWAYS there and very quick to respond to your every need. Lani really has an excellent work ethic and she’s really about you. Her priority is taking care of you every step of the way and she did just that. The outcome of everything is totally worth it. I appreciate her flying out here to Hawaii from California just to be there for me and my Mom. That goes to show how much effort she puts in working with you. Lani was a huge help she called back right away after my phone call of panic about my papers she assured me everything would work out. It has and her assistant Michelle is so nice and so attentive.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the same positive experience as others (I would have given no star to this if I could tbh). We till date are trying to reach her to get our approved notices sent to her office. The full team has been ignoring us and we have no idea what options we have now. I even tried calling her husband David as he was partially involved on our case but no luck. We have left multiple texts, voicemails and email. It has been more then 3 years we have been waiting for our approvals and now that it is approved they don’t have the originals. She claims her office (which is more like a smart office where you rent a little space as you use in South SF) didn’t get it in February 2022. We requested her to sent an online e request to request them again but she has ignored our calls not have answered our text (she did respond one liners initially saying they didn’t get it). I would definitely not recommend her and hope we don’t have to escalate our case to BAR as we feel very helpless and lost at this point even after having paid in full. I am posting this in a hope that it will help someone avoid such an experience. I have no choice but wait for her to request it on my behalf as she was the rep for that application (hopefully she will respond & close this case soon). I am with Chugh Immigration Attorneys now for the renewal and they have been amazing and very knowledgeable.
