My divorce was high conflict and I couldn't keep up with the intensity Kirk was able to maintain. He was very observant and looked at any evidence (my own and my ex-husbands) very closely. He made himself available to speak with me when I had questions or concerns. Kirk seems to have a good rapport with the judicial department in Teller County, also. During my Final Orders, he was flawless. Kirk was able to show the truth to the judge and discredit the rest. I initially hired him because he offered to help me fight for a fair separation. He is an honest guy and he isn't going to do anything underhanded (that might come back to haunt you). My divorce worked out better than I was trying for! He was not first attorney I hired, I would strongly recommend!

I hired Kirk last year in April 2018. I requested a change in the parenting plan and a re-calculation of child support. He notified the father in July of this. This is the start of a very long drawn out case. He has not provided me with a statement in 10 months. We don't hear from Kirk unless we call or email him. We have been waiting on him to schedule one meeting with the other party for 2 months. As far as I know (he hasn't provided any information for me since I hired him last April) my retainer is gone. It took from May-November to set up mediation. If you want an attorney who takes all your money and doesn't provide any services, Kirk is the man for you.
