The process of applying and qualifying for Medicaid (Title-19) was quite challenging and way more complicated than we imagined for my parents. There were different options and approaches to managing my parents estate to qualify for Medicaid and Julia spent as much time as we needed to explain the options/approaches in meetings. She initially drew out the options on a whiteboard - this was our game plan. We had multiple conference calls and in-person meetings with Julia and her excellent assistant Dana through the entire process - which took many months. The amount of time and paperwork handled/managed by Julia and Dana was quite literally a mountain.
