I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior I recently experienced when attempting to schedule an appointment with one of your associate attorneys. Unfortunately, my interaction with your receptionist, Carina Serrato, was both unpleasant and discouraging.During my call, Ms. Serrato was dismissive and abrupt. She displayed a lack of courtesy and patience, cutting me off mid-sentence and speaking in a condescending tone. When I sought clarification regarding the scheduling process, she seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. To my surprise, she ultimately hung up on me without allowing me to complete my inquiry.As a prospective client, this experience left a highly negative impression. Professionalism, empathy, and clear communication are essential in a legal practice, especially when dealing with individuals seeking assistance during potentially stressful or sensitive situations. Ms. Serrato’s behavior is not only unprofessional but also damaging to your firm’s reputation.
