Jason Hatfield was a lifesaver!! I won't mention the company I work for, but I was getting the run around after a knee injury I suffered while at work. I put up with the workman's comp mess for a few months on my own before finally hiring Jason. He got things kicked into gear seriously fast!! I am now back to work and even getting a little settlement out of the deal. If you are a father, don't use this guy. We had my husband's son for 3 years and then his biological mother decided that she wanted to be a part of his life. She took him for what was supposed to have been a 2 week visit and called 2 days later and told us that she was keeping him and she was taking us to court for money. We hired Ryan as our family attourney. Even with his biological mother uprooting him, she still got custody? My husband is a decorated veteran who served in Afghanistan over seas for a year and did not deserve to have his child taken from him. She got sole custody (he could have faught for joint) they also factored in his alleged "built in overtime" into his child support payments. I also pushed very hard to get his son treatment for his ADHD for several years. 2 weeks into the school year it took a teacher telling her that he needs some attention in order for the biological mother to consider it as a factor. That is the worst part is seeing this child uprooted from his home into an unknown environment without his family or his brothers. My husband is a good man and good man and he deserved someone who would have fought a little harder. The regression when we did see him was substantial. We potty trained him 3 times and taught him his ABC's and ro count to 100 three times. No one really looked at what the child needed or sat down to speak with the child. All they wanted to talk about was income and overtime.
