I was seeking legal advice for home owners rights. I don't know any one in that field. So I Google, Real estate layers. There was many to choose from. I felt a little stressed because there were so many and I wanted a free advice and honest person, of course I prayed before I picked one. I kept looking at the name of James V Sanchez, (from Long Beach) so I called his office. The person who answered my call (sounds like a young lady) was very nice, because the Attorney was not in that day she took my Info. and set up a appointment, I could have kept looking to get a answer that day, but I didn't. I'm so glad I waited, James was very easy to understand he gave me a scenario in regard to my situation, he was nice and honest. I will call him again if I need real estate advice.?

I would not recommend him as a divorce attorney took my sisters money and didn’t do anything for her only jeopardizing her safety and well being!!!
