I have recently completed a very important legal matter with the support of the Law Office of James Newell.

I needed to get a legal easement agreement created in order to legally access my property which is at the end of a private access road that passes through multiple neighboring properties.

Over the course of about a year James, with his legal experience and knowledge, guided me through the proper steps and necessary tasks to complete an easement agreement with my neighbors, in order for me to obtain legal access to my property.

There were a number of setbacks during the process and James was always ready to offer insight, possible alternatives and solutions, and ultimately my legal matter was resolved, which is what matters most. I now have legal and recorded access to my property thanks to James and I am extremely grateful to him for his legal services.

However, what I think I like best about James was his experience in these deals, so when I ran into problems that normally my real estate agent would have helped talk me through (non legal matters) he was always spot on and helped me get through it. Things such as the issues in the inspection process or loan process.

My specific issue was getting the loan approved quicker. He explained to me how the entire loan process works, so I was far more educated when speaking with my loan officer to get the entire process handled in a timely manner.
