Get Mr Brooks if you want a confident winner, super knowledgeable and who goes over and above for your specific need. I won’t go in detail what he helped me out with but I will say I was more than satisfied. Office staff is top notch and returned my calls even though they are always busy. Who wants a lawyer that’s not busy?
Was treated like a client and not just another person, but they will let you know if you are doing something you shouldn’t be as well, about business the correct way. Thanks a lot Brooks law firm.

Stay away! Worse experience ever. Not only was Mr Brooks unresponsive but took weeks for him or his office to respond . This happened many times. They also didn’t resolve an issue what was paid for before and agreed to before the settlement of the divorce. They also didn’t come up with any suggestions on their behalf. I as the client gave them suggestions which they just implemented. Very disappointed. Now as a result i would have to take matters into my own hands and go to the court directly and hire another lawyer because of their lack of communication and efficiency.

This man is horrible. He allowed an abusive person to take 4 children from a hard working mother and did not defend in anything. He promised he would make sure my children were living with me, but then refused to turn in data and told me to lie on the stand. I am dealing with retributions from this case still years later. I have been told by every lawyer that has seen my case since him that he did nothing but sleep with the enemy. Run from this guy, he is a typical narcissist and protects narcissists in divorce cases

I was in a terrible car wreck back in June. I found Brooks & Radchenko and was put into contact with Halina. She assisted me in finding and receiving medical treatment to treat my injuries, so that I could return to work. She also fought for the insurance company to pay a settlement to cover all of my expenses from the car wreck, my lost wages from missing work, and compensation for my pain. I could not imagine having a better attorney for this situation.
