Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Laina’s help. I live out of state and have been confused, nervous, and very anxious about dealing with an issue from 2015! She not only had my warrant revoked, she saved me from serving any jail time that would have affected my life tremendously, she lowered my fines down to 17%. Laina managed to lower my conviction after making a plea deal with the District Attorney and explained everything very clear as most of the legal terms were foreign language to me. I never thought I would have this relief of a very unfortunate DUI that has been overwhelming to try to handle out of state. We had court ONE day and signed paperwork and I’m comfortably finishing steps to finally conclude the years of “wonder” as it was difficult getting back to California.. I would recommend her services to anyone searching she will not disappoint.

Best attorney you’re gonna find. She knows her stuff and will fight for you. She was able to get things done I didn’t even know were possible. She’s an excellent communicator and I never felt left in the dark, or unprepared for what was going to happen. She’s an amazing attorney and if you need one you’re making a huge mistake if you don’t call her. Trust me.

Thank you Laina for your help. I had 3 felony charges and restraining order against my kids. Laina got all charges dropped also set my restraining order case in a good position which was dropped ultimately. Now I have my kids with me 3 days per week. It was 2 hours a week supervised. What a change.
I definitely recommend Laina if anybody I trust it will be her.
Thanks to her I enjoy my time with my kids.

After my experience with her in 2017(Yelp review) I knew I would be contacting her again if I ever needed it. This time around it was for my dad and not for myself. She was once again amazing! The day my dad got arrested I was able to contact her at 8AM and ask what to do. She answered right away and didn’t leave me with a question. My dad wanted an attorney due to soon renewing important documents and he knew this charge would affect him. I knew Ms. Chikhani would do her best with my dads case. Before the court date she was able to figure out that there were no charges. After all the stress her phone call of not needing to worry was the biggest relief for my dad. Thank you so much for your hard work and education in criminal law!
