Easily the best customer service I've ever received. A++ Kyle explained all the details of the labor laws for my state and explained that the notice I got in the mail was a fraudulent notice meant to scare me into paying money for nothing.
Since I've purchased my posters from them they haven't bothered me about getting more posters, instead I got on their email list and I get emails updating me on the changes happening in the labor laws so I know exactly when I need to buy updated versions. Not only that, the posters also have a really cool bar code on their posters that my location managers can scan and check if the poster is in compliance!! How cool is that?!!
