This is literally the most efficient place you have ever seen. The owner is so sweet and kind. He’s so fast I really do not know how he multitasks as fast as he does. It has a very central location with plenty of parking. I recommend this place to everyone.

My new favorite postal store. Nayan is so nice, patient and friendly- even when the line is out the door. His prices are very reasonable for boxes/shipping supplies and it's in an easy to access shopping center close to home.

My PO box is there. If more places were run this well the world would be a much better place. Nayan is like a cyborg, he knows what you want or need before you do. More than 5 stars for sure!

Nayan and his staff are welcoming and excellent. My P.O. Box has been there for 13 years. He has my mail and packages ready for me before I even get to the counter. They have never lost a package and always have the best last minute cards and gifts.

I called to redirect an urgent DHL package to La Quinta Mail Boxes so that it would likely arrive early enough in the day for me to pick it up before my flight. They called me as soon as it arrived, which really saved me since the tracking wasn't updating in a timely manner, and I barely got it in time for my flight. I used to live in La Quinta and now drive for 25 minutes to continue my connection to Nayan and his team. I have shipped packages, had notarizing done, and bought supplies there for over 5 years, and I have always had outstanding customer service. We’ve used La Quinta Mail for many years when we come to Indian Wells for tennis. Whether we are shipping something or needing to pick mail/packages up, Nayan and his staff are always accommodating. Just this week I had a repair done by Apple and since we were heading for Indian Wells, I wasn’t sure it would be returned to me locally in time, I had Apple send it to Nayan. It arrived today and I had an email from Nayan letting me know it had arrived and he would hold it for pickup. Great service! This is definitely our go to place and I highly recommend them.
