We had our air conditioning and heater serviced and an air purifyer for our system. The service was excellent, polite, on time, and professional. Actually we were very impressed by the knowledge of David when explaining the benefits and scientific references for the unit. We have dogs in our house and the system has completely eliminated the pet odor. We highly recommend this company.

L&F Services have done a wonderful job each time they have done work on our home. Their employees are always on time, professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Robbie bared icy roads and terribly cold weather to get to our home but he was still here on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personal. After diagnosing the issues, he sat down with us and explained the most cost effective way to repair our unit and get it quickly up and running. Randall and Josh (plus a couple other guys, I didn’t get their names) also bared extremely cold weather and icy roads (some were even closed at this time) but they somehow managed to still make it here too. As soon as they arrived, they got to work on our units and quickly had me and my family warm again. I can’t speak highly enough about this company and the guys that work their tails off to take care of us! We will always use and HIGHLY recommend L&F Services for any HVAC needs.

They claim to have 24/7 techs for emergencies but I called them Saturday bout my heat.. they came out but didn't have parts to fix it.. said he would get someone out here Sunday cause of severe weather coming in.. it's now Wednesday and been below freezing for 3 days and still haven't had anyone come fix my heat.. any reputable company would have fixed it Saturday or Sunday BEFORE the predicted ice storm hit.. woke up to it 50 degrees in my house cause this small propane heater I'm relying on just isn't big enough to keep it warm!! It's only heats what ever room I'm in at the time..

Aaron came to service my AC unit today and I was totally impressed. He was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable and an obvious great work ethic. He made me feel very comfortable with him doing the things that needed to be done. The outside unit wasn’t the easiest access but he went above and beyond with no complaints. I will only use this company and Aaron for my future service needs! Thank you Aaron for a great job!

I recently had L&F install a new A/C heat pump package unit to replace the old unit that quit working and was almost at its life expectancy. The technician, Aaron was punctual, professional, and prompt. He diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. Once I made my decision the next day, two technicians came out to do the installation and Aaron checked back in. All three technicians were extremely polite and professional. The job was done faster than I expected it to be and the new unit has worked great. I would absolutely recommend them as a quality company to do business with and will use them for future work.

Called L&F to remove and repair a run out that was damaged by vermin under my house. They were able to come out the very next day. The technician was able to fix the immediate problem. He found that the contractor-installed runouts were plastic junk and recommended replacing them and repairing the area where the animals were getting under the house. He gave me a fair price. I called and scheduled the repairs, and another professional and courteous technician came out and performed the work efficiently and for the price I was quoted on the original estimate.

L&F was polite and friendly from the first call to when the pulled out of the driveway. The gentlemen that came to my home were professional, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. L&F provided a timely and valuable service, and were able to do it quickly and for a reasonable price. I am looking forward to having them doing the ongoing maintenance on my HVAC system and duct work from now on.

L and F Services dispatched a service technician quickly after contacting them. The technician, Aaron, was on time, professional and courteous. In a short time of troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose the problem. With parts on hand he was able to get my AC unit up and running. 45 minutes arrival to departure. I will continue to use L and F Services for all of my HVAC needs in the future. I highly recommend and ask for Aaron if he is available.

Honestly, the best bunch of guys ever!!

My capacitor went out on my A/C on what had to be the hottest day of the year. They came right out and fixed me up. Suggested a routine clean to keep things running smoothly until it was time to replace my old units.

Had them come out a few days later and the Air flowed cooler and stronger!!

Had to call them out because one of the bearings in the motor cause a loud noise and was waking the neighbors. He set up shop at 11pm and didn’t leave until Job was complete!! Who is friendly on a service call at 11pm? Jason MGR at L&F!!

Honest, worth the cost, knowledgeable and friendly!

I’ll be using them for the rest of my life!
