My daughter and I were hit by an underinsured driver. In less than 10 months, Austin had the case closed with both the other drivers insurance and my underinsured coverage paid out to policy limits. Austin was caring and supportive throughout the entire process. When he told me during our first phone call that mine and my daughters focus should be on healing and he would take care of the rest, he meant it and that is exactly what he did.
