My husband Jeff Ramos and I, a married gay couple, engaged Beth Kruchek to do our wills and related documents this fall. Making personal decisions about wills is probably never easy, but Beth certainly guided us in the way right for us, and made it as procedurally easy as possible. I'm at the age where estate planning has become essential. I researched online for various entities to help me with this important task. I had ALMOST decided on a lawyer who has his face plastered all over Tucson. That was until I looked deeper into his online presence and found a picture he had posted of him and his wife with Clarence Thomas with the caption "such a good man". OH H*** NO!!!
Continued my search and found Beth Kruchek and I'm so glad I did. Very easy to talk to. She explained all the intricacies involved in Trusts, wills, etc that would be part of my estate planning.
After all the paperwork was completed we arranged a meeting to get all the signatures. That meeting turned out to be quite a bit of fun.
I highly recommend Beth for any estate planning you need. And all that was done at what I consider to be a very fair price.
I'm glad I found her and even happier I dug a bit deeper into that OTHER lawyer.

We recently moved to Arizona from Colorado and went to Beth to see if there was anything that needed to be updated in our wills and advanced directives. We got an appointment soon after contacting her and set up our free consultation. Beth seemed to be very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to listen to our concerns. After reviewing our documents she told us that there wasn't anything that needed to be changed or updated and that we really didn't need to set up a trust. It was really refreshing to speak to someone who had our best interests in mind and wasn't out to sell us something we didn't need. We can highly recommend Beth to anyone who is seeking advice regarding wills, trusts or advanced directives.

We saw Beth to draw up a couple of wills for us. As we are an unmarried gay couple, there are some issues to address that are not typical of an ordinary will. Beth was well versed in every facet of the situation and addressed all of our concerns with ease and understanding. Besides creating the exact documents we wanted, she explored all situations that might arise in the future, and advised us as to the correct direction to go with those. We would highly recommend her services to anybody in need of estate planning or probate. Besides, she's very nice!

Beth Kruchek took the time to answer all of our questions, both over the phone, and later in person. She set us up with the estate plans (Wills) that we wanted and provided great service. She also helped us with the pros and cons of a Living Trust versus a Will. She's fantastic!
