I’ve owned my condo at The Franciscan for 12 years and have always paid my HOA fees on time—until Castle Breckenridge Management created a problem where none existed. My bank has verified that three payments were sent, yet they were never cashed. Instead of investigating or assisting, Castle Breckenridge completely ignored my repeated calls and emails—over ten attempts—and passed the issue off to a third-party debt collector, Kriger & Schubert Law.

Kriger & Schubert is a shady, unprofessional law firm with numerous negative reviews online that confirm their pattern of unethical behavior. They refuse to speak by phone and often ignore emails and documentation, including the proof my bank has sent directly. Rather than work toward resolution, they resort to threats—sending aggressive letters to both my home and my workplace, and now threatening to place a lien on my property.

Castle Breckenridge Management is enabling this harassment by standing by silently and doing nothing. Their refusal to advocate for the homeowner or provide any meaningful support is negligent and disgraceful.

Avoid Castle Breckenridge Management and their unscrupulous partners like Kriger & Schuber if you want fair treatment, honest communication, or any kind of professionalism. They have no business managing anyone’s home or finances.

In my experience, this law firm submitted what I believe to be false evidence during a trial. This assertion is supported by the opinions of four experts, which raises significant concerns about their integrity.

I encountered difficulties when attempting to make a payment through Zelle to this law firm. While it's possible that there were technical issues, I suspect that the firm intentionally misrepresented not receiving my payment.

To add to the concerns, this law firm sent me a collection letter for approximately $1000, despite my accountant's certified audit indicating that they owe me $2500. This discrepancy in their billing practices is highly questionable.

The law firm represents a Homeowners Association (HOA) and its president, who have faced allegations of perjury on multiple occasions. This association with questionable individuals raises ethical concerns.

The firm has consistently refused to provide accounting information, citing attorney-client privilege. In my view, this claim is unfounded and appears to be a tactic to withhold relevant financial details.

I observed an attorney within this firm who frequently files motions on behalf of multiple defendants, even when representing just one client. This raises questions about the quality of service provided, especially when the firm fails to provide court documentation supporting the representation of multiple clients.

I have reason to believe that this law firm engaged in questionable behavior by communicating with deponents and encouraging them not to comply with court-ordered subpoenas. Such actions demonstrate a lack of ethical standards.

In my opinion, attorneys with such low ethical standards should not be practicing law. It's essential to exercise caution when dealing with this firm, as my experiences have led me to question their professional integrity and practices.
