Jennifer Breedlove was our court appointed GAL. We called and scheduled our appointment before the other party (months in advance). We arrived to our appointment our usual 15-20 minutes early (first impressions are important). While in the waiting area the receptionist opened their service window advising our appointment was an hour later than it was scheduled for. We in return advised it was not. They closed the window and reopened it advising they made a mistake and called the other party to reschedule our appointment. They told us we could wait in the waiting room for an hour or reschedule. Not happy with this, we questioned them. I mean, who wants to wait an hour for an appointment they were early for? Jennifer Breedlove flings the door open to their office and very assertively advises I don't need to be there (I am step-mom of the child) so I was telling my husband bye while Jennifer continued to be hateful towards my husband with their office's mistake and acting like it was our fault. We requested a change of GAL at that point. Meanwhile the courts still made us pay this worthless company and the new GAL as she refused to keep our case. So much for being for the "child". We were advised to remove our review during our open case, so we did. It's over so here's our opinion with this POS company - MAINLY Jennifer Breedlove and her useless receptionist.

Kourtney Buchholz and her assistant Donna go above and beyond for their clients. I am extremely thankful that I had them for my case. They answer any questions in a very timely manner and keep you up to date on the happenings of your case.

I had Sarah Partney for a prior case and she was also amazing.

I would definitely recommend this Law Firm, I wouldn't want anyone else. Everyone is fantastic and extremely friendly. I couldn't have gone through what I have without them.

Back in the fall 2021 Kourtney Buchholz was my appointed attorney and basically told me to agree to go under guardianship. I had no idea I was signing up for a life long agreement or I would have never ever agreed. If she doesn’t like being a public defender then she needs to get a different job. I called the office to see if she would represent me to get my rights restored. I do have a doctor’s letter stating that I’m just fine to return to back to Society. Her secretary was very rude, not empathetic, and uncaring trying to rush me off the phone. I was trying to explain my situation and how absolutely devastating this has been on my life. I told the secretary that she had been my appointed attorney back in the fall 2021 and the secretary replied with I don’t know what happened four years ago. She obviously needs to go back to elementary school because the fall of 2021 was not four years ago it was it was two and a half years ago. Be careful when hiring her as an attorney and know who you are dealing with. Some people are just about the money.

I recommend Kramer & Hand for professional legal services. The support staff are knowledgeable people who treat each person with courtesy and kindness. I've been a family law client there for longer than anyone should ever have to be, but I genuinely feel safe with the staff and my attorney! Sarah Partney is the best!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Sarah Partney for only a few months after switching from another attorney and she wrapped up my 6 year case in about 3 months. Don't look any further if you're on the hunt for a great attorney! She is energetic, realistic, professional and also brings in comfort and laughter to very unfortunate situations. Our first conversation I felt like I had known her for awhile. She brings in a personal/ lighter side to a delicate situation where I feel others are strictly business. Her and her secretary always made themselves available when needed and kept me up to date and aware of all details relating to my case. She is very transparent, reliable, experienced and bold.
