I'm not sure how i feel yet. So far mixed emotions, AMAZING people but my case has me worried. They Accepted the minimun 15k from the driver at fault. I got a reconstructed foot with pins. Nerve damage cant feel half of it, all from a driver on his cell phone. Medical bills over 200k. Felt right, but i Kind of wish i looked somewhere else instead. Personally for Motorcyle settlements i would not reccomend..

I am writing this as witness to what my friend has gone through after hiring KJ Injury and Accidents law firm. This is the absolute worst law firm I have ever encountered. They DO NOT fight any aspect of your case for you. They accept whatever bullshit that the other drivers (the person at fault) insurance company feeds them. Since when is being rear-ended. 50 percent the person that was rear endeds fault? Well according to the other persons shady insurance company, the person that rear ended my friend, is only 50% at fault. I have never heard of such crap in my life, and the attorney has accepted that instead of fighting for my friend, their clients rights. This attorneys office is dragging on this case to get as much money as they can out of this and has been giving her the runaround for months now. This accident happened in July and she has not received anything yet. She was sent a document to sign a couple of weeks ago to get paid for the property damage (her BMW) and was told she would have a check in 7-10 days. Now they are telling her that a new attorney from that office is taking over and that she wouldn't be paid for about 4 more months. This is THE absolute worst company to hire to do any kind of fighting for you. DO NOT hire them if you are expecting anything to go as it should or to do what they are hired to do, Fight for you! I can go on and on, but I'll spare you anymore! For now, just do not even think about it. Hire someone or place that is really going to fight for you.

Ramiro is the best , so if you going to do a case make sure you ask for him, he’s on top of things , settled out my case in just a couple of months , and he’s very friendly and courteous, 10/10
