Great law firm. We've used them since 2001, when Bill VanTillburg was one of the original partners back then. Since his passing, we have used Erin Kick, and we just updated our wills, DPOA, and our PA's to bring everything up to date. We highly recommend them.

Paid upfront, cost me money and made mistakes, took 8 months to do anything at all, and then misfiled my lawsuits. Charged me for filling an eviction that he had served to the wrong address and wrong person. His mistake came from my pocket, talks very well but does bad work and makes mistakes, very lazy and slow.

Thom Gilman was very helpful and honest in helping me decide how to handle my 95 year old aunt’s finances and to understand the requirements for her to qualify for Medicaid assistance. I would highly recommend him to anyone caring for elderly family members and needing to manage their end of life finances. It is not an easy job and it is reassuring to have advice on how to do things legally so you don’t make problems for yourself or your family member.
