Terrible service. I finally got rid of horrible tenants after checking with the court about my case, almost 2 months later and came to find out they did not receive anything from Ken or his team. I had to start from scratch, submitting the eviction request myself. When I confronted Ken, he smiled and said they probably hadn't received the electronic request. Anyways, it only took from mid February to the beginning of April to get the eviction processed in court, approved by the judge and the sheriff to show up at the property.

Kern court services is the current managing company that I pay rent to. This moment in time homes for rent extremely difficult in Kern county as well in the state of California. There are so many property management company’s this process is unimaginable. My relationship with Kern court services is probably unorthodox, his services tend to be for landlords. The one thing I can say for Ken as my reference and landlord gave me the opportunity to be seriously considered and basically hands down to be the 1st and only application needed for my approval. Please, look at his honest reviews on Yelp.

He never performed. He was paid in full, and he pocketed the money without ever filing documents with the court. It's been over 6 months, and he won't even take phone calls.

He's the kind of lawyer that gives all lawyers a bad reputation.

Ken, flawlessly executed the documents and served my tenant. When the court day arrived, Ken met me at the courthouse to make sure I was prepared.

After the trial, which I won, Ken insured that I had all the documents necessary to collect on the judgement. I highly recommend that you let KCS prepare and serve your Small Claims or Unlawful Detainer documents.

Local process server and property management. I've had a horrible experience with rental agencies.The city of Bakersfield housing occupancy extremely high.Ken whose the owner of Kern Court services and property management is extremely professional and doesn't charge rental application fee.

Worst service ever! The person who helped me told me that my case was in court and asked me for money saying he paid out of pocket but the tenants were still there and my case wasn’t in court. When I arrived at the office he had no clue who I was and was completely lost. He lied to me and wasted over a month of my time by lying.
