Definitely Tracy Gallagher.
She is a great, very professional lawyer.
She has worked here for many years, so her experience and knowledge of the legal system have placed her above the rest of the lawyers in Ridgecrest courthouse.
Without her help, I dont know what I would do..
I would have lost my future. She stood by me, explaining to me every step of the way, making court appearances on my behalf. She is more than a lawyer. She is someone who you can trust will do everything in her power to get you the best outcome.

Well I had a court date at 1100am I called before hand to speak with a public defender at 830 am and was told to be at the courtroom at 1100am and I'll see you then. I showed up at 1030 to court and an assisting officer told me if I was meeting with a public defender go to office now. I went to her office at 1035 where there were 6 more people waiting to be seen, and 4 others came in after me. The public defender Mrs. Ghallagher came out and said are all of you having court today. She got frustrated with all of us and said everyone just go to the courthouse and I'll deal with you there and that we should have came to her office 2 1/3 hours prior. So when names got called in front of judge she told judge to each one of us that got called was they came to my office late and will need to continue matter two weeks from now. The fact is I called 2 1/2 hours prior to court and was told that I showed up at an unreasonable time when it was there fault in the first place

I was reading oneOf the reviewsAnd the exact same thing happened to me I had a 10 appointment I got there earlySecretary said they're two people ahead of youI went outside had a cigarette came back insideAnd a public defender was going to the courthouse I didn't even get to talk to them and she said because of a conflict of interest she wouldn't be able to represent me and she was going to go to court and see if she could get my date pushed further down the line so she never did now I have a bench warrant that place needs help don't look for it
