Horrible experience thankfully I learned early on not to secure him to help my family with the medicaid process.
NEVER returns calls. I waited 2 weeks to get forms I needed that were left at the front desk. Very stressful and concerning for him not to return calls when your looking for help.
Don't look at the stars with no comments - there's a reason why that office has a low rating!
Read reviews please I'm not the first one to comment on this.
Total waste of $600.00 consult fee.
The only reason I met with him was because he helped my sister. After my consult her children said they had the same problem with him - my mistake in not speaking with them first.

Based on my experience I strongly recommend not using Keogh Burkhart & Vetter. My brother died on August 1, 2019 and of this posting almost a year and a half later none of the required documentation has been filed with the Norwalk probate court in order to close his very straightforward estate. We have called Keogh Burkhart & Vetter, sent email, voice mail, FedEx letters asking why required documents are not being submitted to the court. They never respond. We live on the west coast so we can’t drop by their office. We understand COVID 19 has slowed many processes but it should not eliminate professionalism and decency. AVOID!

Mr. Keough is very knowledgeable in the long term care ( nursing home) and explains the process in ways that anyone can understand. Highly recommend.
