This place is totally recommended! The people here were amazing. At first I asked if they could transfer to Bryon township. And they said they wouldn’t know where the books I had wanted on hold for were gonna go! So I call again one hour later. And changed my mind! I asked if they could transfer these books to Richard l root in kentwood. And I had ADHD so i forget things very easy. And once again they had said once again that they don’t know where they go. So they so kind to ask Jess one of the workers of the call center and she asked the guy I was talking to asked where would you like these books transferred to? And i said, Richard l root? Of course! They say. Then before I got off the call I asked “hey does it have to be a parent or can it just be any other family member? They say yes but we need to know who it is. And I say thanks so much!
