We hired Keith to mediate the financial issues of our divorce. We had spent the past 5+ years in court over support and custody issues of our divorce. I spent thousands of dollars on attorney's and the process was extremely stressful. I was impressed with how Keith managed our case and was able to help us come to resolution without going to court. He was truly a miracle worker in this regard as previous to this my ex-husband and I could not agree on anything and therefore needed the judge to determine decisions. Keith is a thoughtful and very skilled mediator, who makes sure all sides feel that he listened to them. On the other hand, Keith is no pushover. He is very clear about the holes in a case (on both sides), and the risks of trial. This resulted in a settlement in a very heavily litigated case.

As a successful Real Estate Broker having handled hundreds of transactions including multi-million-dollar properties for the rich and famous, I know a good Real Estate Mediator and Arbitrator from a mediocre one, and Keith is a great one! I highly recommend Keith if you need a mediator or arbitrator for any real estate transaction whether you have a mediation or arbitration clause in your contract or not! He is the only person I know with a Master of Dispute Resolution degree, a Real Estate Broker's license, and who, as a lawyer, has taught law students Real Property law. He also has an MBA and understands present and future value, and tax consequences of Real Estate transactions. In one of his mediations, not only did he help a client and broker resolve a six-figure fee dispute, but the client also hired the broker to list another expensive property at the end of the mediation! You will not see that after a trial!
