Keeley and DeAngelo have been invaluable with helping me secure two unrelated Utility Patents in about one year’s time. Prior to working with Scott and company I was able to complete a Utility Patent on my own (Pro Se), but I don’t recommend it. They are terrific to work with, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They can also provide great advice on ideas that should not be pursued.

If you are an independent inventor, entrepreneur or a small business, who is interested in filing a utility, provisional or design patent application, then you really should be talking to Keeley DeAngelo.

They take an extremely hands on approach to your application and they are very effective at taking the time to uncover the essential IP that you ultimately want to protect in your invention.

They also understand (very well) how the patent examiners in the USPTO think and reason, which is essential to converting your application into a strong issued patent. It sometimes feels like having an inside contact at the patent office.

Their patent drawings are beautiful and they are all done in house, so there is no whisper down the lane or "do overs" to slow things down.

On top of that, their fee structure is very reasonable and they are just plain nice folks to deal with.
