My experience with the firm was rocky in the beginning.
Only because I thought my case would be a simple open and close situation. Life has some obstacles that caused the urgency of financial burden, although I'm slightly disappointed in the amount that is coming my way, and not having a good client relationship with my attorney. I didn't feel as though his best was presented on my behalf. Phone calls that were never returned, and no updates on the details as the case matured. In the matter of the overseer's of the phone calls. They were all nice in general. Not just one. Kylie gave me the closing call. Although our conversation was great as if we were old friends. I was very unsatisfied with the final resolution, but I accepted it to just end the connection with my case tied to the law firm. So I would only hope that with future clients in distress in choosing this firm. That you guys take the time to know your clients and put yourselves in their shoes. Lives are changed in how we treat people or ( clients). It reflects character and empathy.
I'm ok with the outcome because I have no say or any details of my case. So I'm ok with whatever my representative agreed to on my behalf. Rather it be fair or just enough to shut me up. I'm still at a loss.
My experience wasn't what I was looking for but it wasn't horrible either.

I honestly will say I did have a great 3 years with them. Although I feel like communication could be a lot better. I was treated with respect and care. My lawyer knew what he way doing and made sure to go the extra mile. Thank you Sergey and Brian.

This is the worst wxperince I have ever been to and they know that I have never done this before. I truly feel as if I am being bullied by this company. I have completed my physical therapy over a month ago and they have not sent my information over to the next department. I have spoken to 4 different people there and they STILL have in the computer that they are trying to get in touch with me. THAT IS A LIE! I have confirmed the place that I went to with 2 different people and they are refusing to send over my paparwork because I don’t have any information to give them on the other people that was in the car. I will never trust or go with this law firm again. They have made this experience horrible for me. I was told again today that the paperwork will be sent off and not I have to call them every week just to make sure they aren’t lying to me.
