My mom always said never whisper that it's impolite. I didn't like that I paid her a decent wage and she didn't give a great effort to deliver.

Very transactional.
Sign and email me the resulting letter is all I wanted. When she couldn't get that done. She blamed my phone. But I was receiving emails as we were speaking. She started to hunt for ways to blame my phone. Finally I asked her to right click the document and choose the option to "compose" the document which she admitted that she didn't know what that meant and presto magic, that document pushed to my spam mail and I was able to get the hell out of there cause it was getting hot. On the way our this lady Keral started whispering and I found it insulting cause I paid her $20.00. And she did tell me to go find someone else to do what I wanted. ON LABOR DAY? REALLY $20.00 FOR a $5 service don't mo - ti- vate REALLY? THAT PISSED ME THE HELL OFF. Never raised my voice. I just wanted to get out of their. I can't stand paying a good wage to someone that looks down on there nose at you.

Karel is a wonderful and patient notary! We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. We had accidentally signed the document prior to arrival but Karel helped us print it again so that it could be notarized correctly. I definitely recommend! She didn’t charge us but I did leave a tip since she was so kind 😊

Karel is excellent, flexible and extremely professional. I was able to call on a Saturday afternoon and get my title taken care of within a half hour. Highly recommend and I’m so grateful that I am connected to Karel for all my future notary needs!
