I am very pleased and happy that Dr. Singh is my primary care physician. Dr Singh is very attentive, compassionate, and will do whatever she needs to do to take care of any health issues I have. She is indeed very thorough, and I certainly appreciate that! I never feel like I'm in there only to be quickly rushed out the door; she takes her time with me and I'm sure all her other patients as well to make sure that I do understand the information or plan of treatment she is advising for me. She also has a wonderful personality!

I took my mother here because we were sent from urgent care. We normally go to Drs Hospital. Her leg was extremely infected and all they wanted to do was send her home with meds while downplaying the severity of her infection of her 3rd degree burn. I had to argue with the Dr to get an Xray and an Ultrasound done to make sure her circulation wasn't compromised and the infection didn't get the bone. Urgent care had requested that this get done ASAP. That was the main reason why we brought her here. They didn't want to bother with the tests and didnt seem like it was necessary. Do not take your loved ones here. The Drs seemed to have absolutely no clue on what was going on. They are understaffed and have no compassion for anyone with a medical emergency. Too many people there and not enough staff to accommodate. We will be going back to Dr's Hospital moving forward. After almost spending 8 hours here and them doing absolutely nothing was a complete joke. Not acceptable. We will be filing a complaint against this Hospital with CDPH.

I got my fingers caught in a tablesaw and the tips wer mangled so I was brought to this hospital bleeding they wrapped my fingers and sat me down I waited to be seen but no one was helping me even after the fact of how much pain I was in.

My family showed up asking for information about me and the nurse was extremely rude to them not giving them any kind of help or information then she came up to me a little later and told me not to text my family telling them I was in pain she had no compassion whatsoever so I checked out of the hospital to go to another one because I felt so uncomfortable there.

I would definitely try to go anywhere but here especially if you have you have an emergency.

My child had ENT surgery, inside the 1777 building. We were greeted by very patient and friendly staff. We waited in the lobby the expected amount of time. The lobby is comfortable and has enough space to accommodate families of 1-2 waiting for surgery and recovery. We went to the cafeteria once surgery started and the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was made to order and was good. The ingredients are high quality.
The entire experience was very comfortable for us. The staff were great with our child, despite their rocky waking up post op. The nurses and staff in the recovery room were so amazing and patient with my child. I wish I knew all their names, but Mary Jane might be able to recall who was there. I hope they get the praise they deserve for the amount of effort given to make my child as comfortable and safe as possible.
They definitely made us see the quality care at Kiaser.
We were fortunate to have our ENT surgeon from our initial consult and visit. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciate the time he spent checking in with us and educating us.

I highly recommend Virginia Y Hwang RD for anyone who needs to see a dietician, especially the skeptical (like I was). Her warm and sincere manner was wonderful during our initial appointment. She heard and understood my specific needs, and explained goals in a clear way. I left with not only a plan I could follow, but relief at being treated like an individual who matters.

Dr Khan is my new primary physician. She was incredibly warm, personable, and patient. I could tell she really cared. Talking with Dr Khan felt like talking to a close friend. By far, she is my favorite Kaiser doctor. She helped resolve my persistent chronic allergies. I wish all doctors were like Dr Khan.

The facility was staffed with friendly people. There’s never a long wait if you schedule appointments and complete questionnaires before hand.

Registration clerk and Nurses were very professional, had a warm welcoming smile on their face, treated patients with respect. Service and attendance time frame was appropriate. Dr. Linh T Huynh MD is excellent. Very professional, quick to respond to emails and messages. Attends to her patient needs very satisfactory and listens attentively to your needs and improvements.
