My wife’s computer crashed and she had critical files for her doctorate degree on the hard drive.
Sam repaired it on the same day however within a few hours it died again.
The laptop was returned and once again it was repaired and all data was backed up on a USB drive.
I would highly recommend J&R for any and all electronic repair needs.

He was professional, prompt and very understanding of the sense of urgency.

They are very fair on price and the overall service was outstanding.

I’ll definitely use them for any future needs.

They were great, fixed our old iPhone with irreplaceable pictures on it. Very fair pricing and great communication. I can not say enough good things about them. My wife is thrilled to have the photos back.

I brought my laptop in with the blue screen of death and within 24 hours it was fixed for an extremely reasonable price! I thought I lost all of my work (which took HOURS upon hours to complete) but it was all recovered. The owner even explained to me how to back up all of my information and gave me great advice. My laptop decided it was a good day to die the other day. I brought it in and they were able to recover over 90% of my files and bring my laptop back to life. They replaced the fan (what caused it to die) , and the hard drive. I will never go to anyone other than J&R
