I had a chance to work with Eileen for a set of documents I needed to get notarized and apostilled. This was the first time I was doing it, and Eileen was very helpful in guiding me through the process - she helped me format the documents, worked patiently with me as I went back and forth through several iterations (over several months) with my lawyer. When I was ready she came home to sign the documents, took them for apostilling the next day to Secretary of State, and had then hand-delivered back to me in under 24 hours. Eileen is punctual, professional, and very helpful - I would highly recommend her for any notary or apostilling services.
