I have been a Jones Simkins LLC client for more than 20 years. They have been great assistance in helping us manage our personnel taxes and those of two family corporations. I called in with a tax related question and was told that the partners are very busy and don't have time for a call....I didn't need to speak to someone right at the moment but the lady on the phone just wanted to get off the phone and it was very evident. No offer to take down a number and have someone call back, etc. Where has the level of professionalism and service gone. Disappointed in Jones Simkins LLC, will be looking for a different firm with better core values.
