I was extremely disappointed in the service rendered by this firm. Their ineptitude caused me to experience a financial setback. They handled an automobile accident for me in 2021. Somehow they failed to reimburse Medicare out of the settlement proceeds. Naturally Medicare demanded payment from me. The law firm withheld Medicare share of the settlement so it was not my direct responsibility to pay. The long and short of it was their incompetence caused me short term financial harm. And what’s worse they never acknowledged their error. I will never use them again.

I have a title loan with easy money loan company, that started last year in July. As I made monthly payments I noticed my loan wasn't going down as I expected, that's because I couldn't keep track of my payments until I started asking for receipts. They give me a new contract, but no receipt so I couldnt follow my payments, I found out that they was stealing from me by not giving me my receipt that should my payments in full. They take my interest only and apply it to my loan an the rest they would pocket it, which keep me constantly confused and in frustration, because my loan wasn't going down. I have papers and payments that prove my argument. If you can't help me please point me in the right direction
