Joan totally mishandled my case, did not catch vital details that should have been caught in the consultation or earliest days of discovery when the documents were all submitted. She took weeks to respond to my communications at times and made excuses at every communication for her delays. Joan hung up on me when I asked for billing details. I spent over $2,500 and never accomplished a single thing. Not one step of the process. Almost all of my retainer was wasted on responses that had to all be scrapped as they were all written from the wrong perspective because Joan did not properly advise me on essential details of the case. Nothing but confusion and headaches. This was a terrible experience and could not have been any worse from my perspective.

If I had one word to describe Joan, Id say she is a gem. I would say her law practice is boutique and very personalized. None of that big firm- take a number, assembly line type law. I had a very difficult case, in fact the most difficult circumstances of anyone Ive ever known. Joan listened carefully then applied her skills. I recieved no money for this review. Please act early, dont wait like I did. It just exacerbates the problems to wait too long.

The service was amazing. I am a currently active duty military and I have to be real. It was expensive but every penny was worth it. You get what you pay for and I am glad of my decision. Ms Joan answered every phone call, every email, and gave real and truthful counsel she is down to earth. She took the time to really listen and understand my situation. I was always updated on payments and she was very understanding when I had to make small payments. I enjoyed her service and i hope she has the chance to help and change someone elses life like she did mine.

I called Joan in great distress when my divorce that I was trying to handle with out an attorney was rejected by the court. At that time I was out of state and had no idea as to how to fix whatever it was that the court stated that I had done wrong in the papers I had turned in. I called Joan and she first calmed me down and told me all would be alright and it was going to be fixed. When I called her is was an emotional wreck and she helped me get myself back together so that she could help me get this done. I am so very appreciative of Joan's approach with handling me let alone with handling the rest of my divorce process. Joan Bundy is an outstanding divorce attorney. If I wanted to get divorced a second time, I would definitely hire Joan. I might hire her twice because she is just that good. In all seriousness, she handles a case from beginning to end, handling all the "legal stuff," the chaos of legal issues that can bombard you while you are going through a divorce.
