Joseph Dang Law firm in my opinion is the best personal injury firm in the state of California. Joseph & his staff are patient his knowledge of negotiating & winning injury case settlements is very impressive. Joseph knows all the tactics in which insurance adjusters utilize to pay as little as possible for your settlement.My initial conversation with Joseph was a lengthy one one.his tremendous amount of knowledge along with his no nonsense reassuring approach had me honestly excited that I was talking to someone who really was speaking to me like a human being. Initially prior to my conversation with Joseph I had hired an attorney from San Francisco he was very pushy ,aggressive he wanted to settle my case within two months. I wasn't even close to being healed I was very uncomfortable with the way my case was being handled. I decided to go online and that's when I decided to call Joseph dang. Joseph help me with setting up corporation 3 times! He made the process painless, easy and affordable! He answered all my questions before, during and even after the process! I trust his knowledge in the bylaws of setting up a corporation. He also was objective and gave me positives and negatives in each business entities. Joseph also gave me pointers and what not to do and to do as far as getting my EIN (employer tax id number), business license, resellers permit, operating agreement and what to expect in taxes! Called for a consultation and was told that I could maybe get an appointment two weeks from now. When I told them the case had urgent time constraint Marcela said “I don’t know what to tell you, we are all booked.” She then hung up on me when I mentioned that there are other lawyers. Class act customer care right. Real concern for a potential client....
