As a member of US Law shield, whenever you have a question that their representative can't answer, they will have an actual attorney call you so you can resolve your issues. I called the 800 number after 6pm on a Friday, and honestly was not expecting any answers until the following Monday or Tuesday. So I was quite surprised when I received the call back the same night just a little after 7pm. He was kind and polite, and if I should ever have to talk to him again, I hope it is not because something bad happened lol!

I would not recommend this place to any person. My experience has been very disheartening ESPECIALLY at the hands of office staff. Over the phone they are rude, disrespectful, racist , and demeaning . Even in person they have bad attitudes and dismissive behavior. I tried to address my experience with Tiffany Willis, and she told me “well you still owe us money so oh well”. This comment was made on the phone as I’m actively trying to pay them and pay my court fines. Instead of her providing a payment ledger, informing me of what’s owed, and how I can complete that payment she blew me off and rushed me off the phone. She didn’t address any of my concerns and didn’t allow me to make a payment. Her behavior towards me has only added to previous experiences with this firm and shows her lack of communication and client relations skills. Her attitude was bad the moment I answered the phone as if she had a predisposition and this is my first experience with her . She should be embarrassed that she conducts herself in that manner.
