He made a huge error on my tax return that if I had continued going to him he would have done the next year. My new preparer had found the error and told me it's fine it can be amended. Unfortunately Janello would not acknowledge the mistake the first time I approached his company about it saying it was correct. The next year my guy explained further how it was a big error and he needs to amend it. This time Janello asked that I contact him during the off season time to fix anything. Most recently he acknowledged the error but without apology said it's too late for the thousands of dollars refund we were owed because it's been 3 years! I could not be more displeased. He should not have made the error in the first place!! We paid taxes when we actually deserved a hefty refund from federal and state. He made a mistake with my parents too but luckily they fixed their issue in time.
