Closing attorney for a property I sold. This attorney was unprofessional, did not provide clear instruction, and kicked back paperwork to me right before closing, forcing me to drive 5 hours round trip to re-sign the document. When the house finally closed - he used the first signature anyways! Completely wasted my time and cost me money. He did not own his mistake or offer any apology for lack of clarity.
