Last year I had an urgent need - someone had committed fraud and made an attempt to file unemployment under my SS #. I called Jaime and she was able to check my accts to make sure they were secure. Jaime and her team are professional, thorough, detail oriented, have great communication and are pleasant to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found her after some bad other experiences.

We have 2 returns to be done each year: one for an LLC and one for our personal taxes. I looked around and Jaime's rates are well within the normal range of what CPAs charge for tax prep. Yes, her rates are higher than what I have paid the past 2 years, but you get what you pay for. In 2018 and 2019, we tried 2 other accountants. In both cases we found errors within a few minutes of checking our returns and we are NOT accountants. One Accountant complimented me on having a "good eye" for catching his error that would have cost me a few hundred dollars in additional taxes.....REALLY?!?!? I thought that was what I was paying him for.

Bottom Line - I whole heartedly recommend Jaime and I look forward to working with her in the future.

Not sure what Bruiser is talking about. I have always been able to get an appointment with Jaime and she responds quickly to emails and calls. She is amazingly knowledgeable and efficient. Don't know what I'd do without her help!

Nice lady and quality tax returns. Would be 4-5 stars except for a few things:

Response time: Had some Intermittent issues with response time, sometimes needing multiple contacts getting a response but generally a decent experience.

Value - was 50-60% more than I’ve paid from prior accountants for similar services (personal and llc) had been 450-500 jumped to 600-800 under Heveron.

Professionalism: Ended up getting dumped as a customer after asking for a tax return copy that was not password protected. The email chain was fairly odd and unprofessional.. externalizing responsibility without explanation for anything. I’m a bit concerned honestly, hoping it is just a professionalism issue.

She is awesome and professional in person every time, if I could go back would likely setup am appt for anything I need. Email can go away.

As a result I regret that I recommend against this service if you’re looking for a consistently professional and responsive long term tax service in Fort Collins. Overall good as an in and out tax service for a fastidious small business or a business with an accountant.
