If you every had to see a judge u want to see this judge. She is very laid back and cares about the people. She helps the pple that is in her court. Never in my life have I every post about a judge until now.

Unprofessional and they lie in suing someone and he showed up to court twice each time the judge canceled court they told me he has to be served by the end of may or my case is dismissed bec he won’t come back I paid twice to have him served I also paid by mail and the judge said I’m sorry but if he don’t show ima dismiss your case when she should have showed up when she was suppose to and didn’t and I’m stuck paying more money in order to get the money that’s owed to me . The clerks are rude, angry , u professional, everybody has attitudes and they lie.

Debra is one of the clerks and she is always rude. She rushes you off the phone. I filed to expunge my record. Back in December of 2021. It just got approved by the judge last month in august. They have 30 days to clear it off of connect court and it’s been 34 days today and I can’t even get anyone on the phone because they haven’t cleared their voicemails to even leave a voicemail.

Not used to the new way of checking in, you now have to wait in the lobby after signing in on a kiosk. The officers and receptionist were all kind and professional; though not exactly all that informative. I'm sure as time goes on, and everyone gets more familiar with the new system, everything will run smoothly!

Been a while since I'd been here. The renovations are nice and definitely a streamlined process. Hopefully it will be a long while before I have to go back, I don't like the renovations enough to want to pay for more of them.

Been calling for a full year to reschedule small claims court date since covid hit. EVERYTIME!!!! I call i am greeted with a very rude voice and a rushy one at that. And oh lord dont ask them to look up your case number.

No matter how truthful the testimony no matter the facts the inadequacy of the judge will always be in favor of the police department. When a police officer says he can’t recall anything about the incident and real facts are put in place. If you are not with the city you will lose. Unfair rulings all around at Jacksonville courts
