Not a good company, I was referred to them by Savvy, looking for a short term loan $4000 (for new bond while I wait for my current bond refund), without contacting me to get the details, they did my credit check and decided to get me on a larger loan to refinance my other personal loan. The whole thing just cause a mess on my credit rating. A pay day loan/bond loan for $4000 should have gone through a credit check, I have to call them multiple time, the staff on the phone are not clear on the policy and keep on telling me i have to pay off my other loan. Speechless, they are company that only focus on their figure and not what the client looking for and need. If there is negative rating I will give them a negative.

Jacaranda is simple interested to collect customer data to build its own analytics. Moreover there is no option provided upon which accounts can be exposed while sharing statements. It by default collects data of all accounts mapped under a client ID

application process is really simple and easy to complete. As a person with horrible credit rating, Jacaranda does make a huge difference when in need of short term cash.

They even structure the loan repayments in smaller instalments with longer term to make it easy for me to manage my weekly cash flow.

all in all, awesome service. highly recommended for short term emergency cash.

Not fast at all, but a drawn out process that could have been done all in one go, but wasn't. They have been fined for misleading customers in the past, I found out later. You'll just get your hopes up, be led up the garden path and then impact your credit rating for nothing. Advice to the team: dont waste people's time with the back and forth.
