JC Tax services was the best income tax filing year I’ve experienced since being a person who typically owes money to the IRS. Jennifer informed me of tax deductions I never heard of before in my life and where I would normally owe at least a thousand to two thousand. She was actually able to get me a refund this year. She also educated me on what I can do I. The upcoming years to take advantage of more tax deductions available to us all that are never spoken about. I will never use another tax service in my life!!!

Would not recommend. We called to find out how these services work. The individual at the front who answers the phone when we schedule said we only pay if we choose to file with them. We show up and decide to not file with them and still end up being charged $85. We would have never wasted our time to begin with if they didn’t have morons answering questions.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I gave them business in the past, my boyfriend even goes there thanks to ME!!!! The second year they were rude on the phone and didn’t get back to me so when I called back they said they were busy and couldn’t assist because I voiced my concern. The girl that worked there at the time was just being unprofessional and petty! She said they wouldn’t be able to assist. The owner along with his employee are unprofessional.

the first time i stop to juan carlos office was back in 2001
ever since i been going to he office every year .. i find out he is very professional and honest he also help me to get the best refund , he deduct some expenses in my business the i didn't have any idea that those was taxable - other expenses i have like working from home.
