Then we talked to Mr Parker and he discussed what our intentions were regarding our will. He listened intently, asking clarifying questions. He then put together a will, along with other paperwork that would make it easier on our children. A week later he went over all the documents explaining each and answering all our questions.

We hired Kristen Ishihara for Guardianship over our Mom. Before court, she told us that we would win Guardianship and to have a room ready in Assisted Living only 2 days before court. At court, Kristen just sat there and did nothing. We lost the case and lost money in the Assisted Living. I do not ever plan to use her as my attorney ever and will not recommend her to anyone.
