I wish I could give zero stars. Be aware if you need anything done in relation with your 401k. There is no sense of urgency and no escalation help. Hopes and wishes is the best they can give. Terrible service from a SERVICE PROVIDER.

I have been locked out of my insperity account more times than I can count at this point. And every time they contact me to fix it, I'm told I need to speak to someone else. I wish I could give insperity 0 stars.

Update: I've had more and more issues with insperity the more I interact with them and their website almost never works for me. Whenever I call in order to resolve the issue, I'm subjected to insanely long wait/hold times. I'd rather get a root canal than interact with insperity.

If you are considering this company, save your employees the hassle and DON’T. Every aspect of benefit enrollment is awful and leave of absences are a nightmare.

I’ve been a very satisfied Insperity customer since 2008 (except for the one year I made a disastrous departure to a cut-rate PEO just to save a few dollars). The Insperity team are like my co-workers. They deliver excellent customer service, they work hard, they’re knowledgeable and they care. I’ve been assigned to the same fabulous HR specialist for 10 years. Insperity takes good care of its people and in turn they take good care of their clients!
