New customer here. As owner of dated and seldom used, but well functioning hp5550 printer, the cartridges are not readily available. Amazon was not satisfactory. Was happy to find InkSmile on Google. The prices were reasonable and ordering straight forward.
Only then I looked at the reviews and my heart sunk. My experience is different, however.
Order (ending with ..7469) was immediately confirmed by email and also the shipping next day.
Package arrived in time and the cartridges work great.

I ordered ink cartridges LC203xl for Brother printer. Two of the four cartridges received do not have a tab on them nor are they air tight. The black one I received is a LC103 not the LC 203 I ordered and does not fit my printer. I don't think these are genuine Brother cartridges. I have written three times for replacement or refund. They have responded but issue is still not resolved.

If it seems too good to be true..is Ink Smile.wish I read other reviews before purchasing.the “ genuine hp” ink cartridge. It is..but also is 15 yr past expiration date making it an epic fail..after multiple requests to customer service no response..what a complete scam.run!

Ordered an HP 61 color cartridge. Cartridge does not print properly. Cannot print alignment page. Took the cartridge out and saw the date, 2014. Beware of old dried out cartridges being sold here. I have emailed customer service but no reply.

I received a defective ink cartridge, but when I tried to return it, they asked me to repair it myself, repair my printer, exchange the cartridge for another, and on and on. It took me weeks to finally get a refund.

I ordered a b&w and color ink cartridge for a total of $35 (about $30 cheaper than if I bought them new somewhere else!) and after seeing the reviews was VERY skeptical. My order arrived after a few days and the cartridges are working great and they felt full with ink. My computer gives me the low ink warning still but I think someone mentioned the computer chip in the cartridges can’t be reset or something since these are refurbished. I just ignored the warning, there is clearly a lot of ink life. Very pleased with my purchase and will be using this website again in the future.

First time customer, I was looking forward to supporting smaller company with all my printing needs, I must say I was shock to received the product and place it in my printer to only realize the toner/cartridge that i received from InkSmile was empty. I have sent a email asking them to refund me my funds or replace the item. I have not heard anything from them. I am remaining hopeful that someone will refund me etc. I will update everyone the outcome.

I ordered 2 ink cartridges and both are not working. I have tried everything that was told to me in a return ticket, to fix the issue, with no success. Now I'm asking for a refund and no one is contacting me back. I will never use them again, no wonder they don't answer the phone.
