After 19 years of full time Real Estate as a Broker Owner conducting my own transactions as well as auditing the transactions of my team of Realtors I can say that this title company has provided the worst customer service of my career. Brittany Moore has been combative and incompetent from the beginning of servicing the 2 transactions that were sent to her office. Her boss Alicia had the gall to pick up the phone and call me to tell me that I should stop calling or emailing them because it is interrupting their work flow. Had I been given an answer rather than an ongoing incompetent string of incorrect responses, I would not have had to reiterate the question. Alicia was under the impression that I had been told that they were working on a solution and needed more time...In fact I was not told this. I was told incorrect, irrelevant answers and had my question redirected to the 'lender" although their was not a lender on 1 of those file. Realtors beware.
-Alicia; Next time you pick up the phone to pursue a unresolved issue with a Broker, I suggest you speak kindly and seek a resolution rather than telling the broker to stop interrupting your staff when you CLEARLY did not look over the communications in advance of calling that Broker. In this case, you would have seen the errors by your staff and called to apologize rather than calling me to tell me to leave your staff to do their jobs...

I am updating this review 8 months after the above transaction to say that this title company has also failed to reflect the purchaser as the owner of record with the county. We brought this to the title company's attention 4 months ago and they stated that it would be handled. I brought it back up to their attention yesterday and am looking forward to a response.
