I have a Financial Services office and needed to Incorporate. I had contacted a couple of other attorneys and they were of no help as all of this incorporating was new to me. I found Andy Gale and his law firm on Yelp and noticed they had great reviews. I called the office and right away the receptionist scheduled a phone conference with Andy. She was very polite and professional. When Andy called me he asked how he can help me so I went on to explain what it was I was looking to do. He listened to all of my needs and immediately began to give me his professional advise without a charge. I thought to myself wow he's giving me free advise so I immediately was impressed. Andy Gale not only listens, and gives you the right advise He is very knowledgeable. I immediately hired him to incorporate my business but will definitely continue to use him as my attorney. I own a private therapy practice here in Orange County, and I hired the Law Office of Gale & Vallance (Incorporation Attorney) to help me set up my LCSW corporation. Both Andy (the attorney) and his support staff (especially Lois) were incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient with setting up my corporation and answering all of my questions along the way. The entire process was incredibly easy (yay!) and fast, and the firm took the headache out of the corporate formation process for me, which was worth every penny of what I paid to hire them.
