Huge lack of communication with my case and my “advocate” started treating me like a closed book after my case closed and didn’t offer me any support or information when I needed it. Acted bothered and rude whenever I reached out for help out of fear of my safety. Throughout my case I felt so failed especially on communication and whenever I would ask questions, just simply to understand what actually was going on, I could never get straight answers or wouldn’t get any answer at all. Just really bummed how the system doesn’t work out. If I could give less than a star I would.
