Horrible service and unhelpful at ALL times, these women who are put on customer service calls are always rude, unethical and can’t ever provide you with basic answers regarding your case. They seem more lost then you are and most of them can’t even provide you with your assigned case worker. Don’t understand how these women are qualified to work in a highly demanded government position.
