Worst customer service. They’ve been sitting in my payout and told me it “can take some time before we can locate any record in the system.

If the form is valid, there will be other reviews before the payment is triggered, and our Finance/Compliance Team will reach out in a separate email/ticket if they have any doubts about your account. Please pay attention to your mailbox.”

What kind of system is this that takes so much time to locate my W9 form and pay me out? I have several hundred dollars in unpaid affiliate payments. What kind of scam company is this?

Impact has one of the worst payment terms I’ve ever experienced with a Publisher. I have never heard of Net110 pay terms. Impact receives the funds from the transaction immediately after the payment is processed, yet waits almost 1/3 of a year to pay out their vendors.
