Kimberly Medina used to have patience and be humble with her clients. Now all she cares is about her time. She helped me with a case a few years back, when she had very loyal and knowledgeable staff. To mention Gigi and Karina. Both spent time explaining the case and what was next. Today they don’t even answer the phone nonetheless get a consultation with Medina.
It’s all about money. She doesn’t care about you, she cares about how much money you can bring.

The customer service has declined throughout the years. This used to be an amazing place to conduct business. The recent years, they make you feel like an inconvenience. They forget your a paying client. Calls are not returned, it is nearly impossible to talk to Kim, most of the work gets pushed to the assistants. The assistants more often than have the worst customer service, they fill generic info on the documents without asking your insight. It’s your case, they shouldn’t be adding generic responses. Overall, they are looking for your money, and don’t really care about your case. There are certainly more client focused attorneys in Fort Collins

If I could give zero stars I would. We were recommended to this law office by another attorney, we set up our appointment and awaited a few weeks before we could speak to the lawyer. On day of appointment I called and confirmed time of appointment and verified contact information. We never got the call only an email that we provided the incorrect number. We called the office several times but never received a response. On the following business day we finally reached someone that stated they had the wrong number but once verified it was the same one. Worst experience with an attorney has been with Kimberly. It was quickly apparent that she put in very little time to learn about client. She was quick to dismiss client and offered no assistance. I will never recommend this law office, they lack empathy but most of all they could care less.

It’s sad that such a great attorney with wonderful experience & insights on certain little things that others don’t, and I have been forced to seek other services due to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The front desk assistant’s are THER WORST. They are rude & most of all EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never call again for their service or would not recommend to anyone.
