Great company to work with for our company transition from Google Suite to Microsoft. Everyone who we worked with was professional and usually responded quickly. Our Customer Success Team helped along the way and displayed high ethics, such as reminding us if we overpaid, ways to save money, and suggested tips for us. The IMAGIS team also communicated to our staff - which we appreciate. The Support for IMAGIS is 24/7 and responsive & fast! My only recommendation would be to invest in some visual aids and tools so folks can see different displays before they are launched. Our CSM Jessica L & Dob are AWESOME!
